This 40,000 SF, $30-million redevelopment of an existing office building into loft condominiums on Philadelphia's fashionable Rittenhouse Square. This 17-unit project typifies the ARCWheeler urban loft brand. The project is scheduled to commence construction in spring of 2007 with an estimated completion date of spring 2008.
