This multiple retail store assemblage on Florida's famous Miracle Mile in Coral Gables was acquired by the ARCWheeler Opportunity Fund in March 2005. The fund acquired this property with an eye on benefiting from the rapid market appreciation in the metro Miami area. Upon minor retenanting and cosmetic upgrades, the asset was positioned for sale in the summer of 2005 providing a significant return to fund investors.
