Together with Avanti Capital, LLC, ARCWheeler formed the AW Opportunity Fund for the purpose of acquiring and developing real estate where there are significant value-added opportunities. The primary area of focus for this fund is in the retail sector where significant upside can be created through a repositioning of an asset by deploying ARCWheeler expertise in re-tenanting, expansion or new development where stabilized return on cost can be achieved in excess of 11%.

With returns at this level, together with the application of proper leverage, this fund returns significant value to its investors.

The AW Opportunity Fund prefers investments in the $2-million to $20-million range.
