This 22,000 SF retail facility near the Cherry Hill Mall in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, will be acquired by the ARCWheeler Opportunity Fund. The facility meets the Fund's criteria based on its prime location at the entrance to the Cherry Hill Mall, a current threshold income of 8.5% and the ability to increase the yield to more than 11%. This can be accomplished through re-tenanting and the re-development and lease-up of a second floor. The facility will be acquired in June and should be fully stabilized July 2007.
