Julie Bogdanoff is a project coordinator and executive administrator at ARCWheeler. Her responsibilities include helping with all administrative aspects of the firm and assisting all departments.
Prior to joining ARCWheeler, Ms. Bogdanoff was a senior meeting coordinator for five years, at Davis Management Company, Inc., a meeting planning company and travel agency. Her responsibilities included contributing to the planning of multi-day pharmaceutical consultant conferences, investigator meetings, and incentive meetings. She was responsible for ensuring integrity and overall quality control of all documents and lists while maintaining and updating attendee information within a master database. She also had contact with all levels and types of attendees, ranging from assistants to executives. She performed administrative duties for managers, the manager of the department and the chief operations officer. Ms. Bogdanoff trained interns and new hires.
Ms. Bogdanoff holds a bachelor of science degree in Recreation and Parks Management with an emphasis on Commercial Recreation and Tourism from the Pennsylvania State University.
