Cindy Mastronardo
Director of Sales, Philadelphia Metro
Ms. Mastronardo was Director of Sales and Marketing for one of the largest luxury home builders in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. Her responsibilities included hiring, educating, and directing the sales force, composition of marketing materials, tracking of sales programs and market research. Most recently she was a mortgage banker with Advanced Mortgage Concepts. Ms. Mastronardo has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources from the University of Delaware, has her GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute), and has attended Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Management, Temple University Real Estate School, and the Sandler Institute. She is an active member of several organizations including the National Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties. She is also an affiliate committee member for the Bucks and Montgomery County Board of Realtors. She is a judge for Aurora Awards for the Southern Regional Homebuilders Association and a judge for the Mame Awards for the Builders League of South Jersey.
