Mr. Nelson is controller of ARC Properties, Inc., and Chief Financial Officer of ARC Corporate Realty Trust. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, as well as a Masters Degree in Business and Finance. He formerly held positions as Controller and Chief Financial Officer with Cirkus Realty Group, one of the largest residential developers in New Jersey, and was Corporate Accounting Manager for Becton Dickinson & Co., a Fortune 500 company.
